You should consider the general case and provide a discussion to the class through the prism of ethics. The class will want to know something like, “How would you approach this situation? What would you have done differently? What would you do now? How can this be avoided in the future? What lessons were learned?” You do not have to answer all these questions but rather focus on one or two (or make up your own!) Read the case and relate it to some sort of global business ethical issue (workplace safety, insurance, management issues, corporate greed).
