- 2) After reading Ellen’s document, go back to your text and review pages 240 – 241. You should now be able to create your Work Breakdown Structure. This is basically a breakdown of the tasks that will need to be accomplished to deliver your EHR project plan (your deliverable) for phase I. You should have a minimum of ten (10) tasks in the order they will need to accomplished. (10 points)
- 3)Describe what kinds of hardware you will need for this project. Describe the purpose of the hardware components. (10 points)
- 4)Describe what kinds of software you will need for this project. Describe why you need each of the types of software you plan to buy. (10 points)
